What we collect
Partnership enquiries. If you complete the partnership interest form we collect your name, job title, organisation and organisation type, email address, phone number (optional), country and city, website or LinkedIn address (optional), your areas of interest, your market of operation, a description of the opportunity you have in mind, how you heard about us, and your consent.
Patient enquiries. If you complete the patient enquiry form we collect your name, country of residence, email address, phone number (optional), the general area of your enquiry, your message, and your consent.
We do not ask for, and you should not send, medical records, test results, passport or identity documents, or financial information through this website. If your enquiry progresses, we will agree a secure method for sharing anything sensitive.
Our web server records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which is used for security and to keep the website working.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and to discuss a potential partnership or healthcare facilitation journey with you. The legal basis for this is your consent, given when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to Cure Abroad’s office email and stored on our website’s secure database. Our website is hosted by Namecheap, Inc. and email is delivered through our hosting provider. We may share your details with a healthcare provider or partner organisation only where that is necessary to progress an enquiry you have made, and we will tell you before we do so.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, please note that your information will be processed in Pakistan. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is held.
How long we keep it
Enquiry submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond to and follow up your enquiry, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless a partnership or facilitation relationship has begun. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
